Adult Dose for Pain

Initial dose: Day 1: 400 mg orally once followed by an additional 200 mg orally if needed

Maintenance dose: 200 mg orally twice a day as needed Usual

Initial dose: Day 1: 400 mg orally once followed by an additional 200 mg orally if needed
