This medicine is prescription only medicine (POM ) and required under medical supervision .
ဤဆေးသည် POM ဆေးအုပ်စုတွင်ပါဝင်သောကြောင့် ဆရာဝန်ညွှန်ကြားချက်အတိုင်းသာ သုံးစွဲသင့်ပါသည် ။

Clopidogrel selectively inhibits the binding of adenosine  diphosphate (ADP) to its platelet receptor.

Action
- Inhibiting platelet aggregation.
- Inhibits platelet aggregation induced by other agonists by blocking the amplification of  platelet activation by released ADP

Indications
It is indicated in adults for the prevention of atherothrombotic events in: Patients suffering from myocardial infarction (from a few days until < 35 days),   
ischaemic stroke (from 7 days until < 6 months) or established peripheral arterial disease.  
Patients suffering from acute coronary syndrome:   
-Non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome   
-ST segment elevation acute myocardial infaraction, in combination with ASA in medically treated patients eligible for thrombolytic therapy.

Dosage
Adults and elderly - Clopidogrel should be given as a single daily dose of 75 mg with or without food.The 300 mg tablet of clopidogrel is intended for use as a loading dose in patients suffering from acute coronary syndrome (or ) dosage directed by the physician
