Each tablet contai s 5 mg Prednisolone BP.

PHARMACOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION:

Coticosteroids and analogues.

INDICATIONS:

Prednisolone Tablets are indicated for the treatment of diseases responsive to glucocorticosteroid therapy.

DOSAGE AND DCRECTIONS FOR USE:

"DOSING REQUIREMENTS ARE VARIABLE AND MUST BE INDIVIDUALIZED ON THE BASIS OF THE SPECIFIC DISEASE, THE SEVERITY OF THE DISEASE AND THE RESPONSE OF THE PATIENT." Adults: 10 mg to 100 mg daily in divided doses. Infants and children : 1mg to 20mg twice daily. The daily dosage may either be given in divided doses, as a single daily dose after breakfast or as a double dose on alternate days.
