ဤဆေးသည် POM ဆေးအုပ်စုတွင်ပါဝင်သောကြောင့် ဆရာဝန်ညွှန်ကြားချက်အတိုင်းသာ သုံးစွဲသင့်ပါသည် ။

Pacivita B6 injection contains pyridoxine hydrochloride 50mg and used in the treatment and prevention of pyridoxine deficiency states.

Pyridoxine has been used in the treatment of sideroblastic anaemia and certain metabolic disorders, also been used to treat seizures due to hereditary syndromes of pyridoxine deficiency or dependency in infants.

Pyridoxine has also been tried in a wide variety of other disorders, including the treatment of depression and other symptoms associated with the premenstrual syndrome.

Pyridoxine may be administered by the IM route , and also by IV or SC routes , doses of 50-100mg daily in divided doses have been recommended or dosage directed by the physician.
