Description

Tobramycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic derived from Streptomyces tenebrarius and used to treat various types of bacterial infections. Dexamethasone is a type of steroid medication. It has anti-inflammatory effect,  used to treat short-term inflammatory eye conditions.

Indication
    Steroid-responsive inflammatory ocular conditions.
    Superficial bacterial ocular infection.
    Inflammatory conditions of the palpebral and bulbar conjunctiva, cornea and anterior segment of the globe.
    Chronic anterior uveitis and corneal injury from chemical, radiation of thermal burns, or penetration of foreign bodies.

Dosage
One or two drops instills into the conjunctival sac every four to six hours. During the initial 24 to 48 hours, the dosage may be increased to one or two drops every two hour (Or ) dosage directed by the physician .
