Description

Pantofic-40 is delayed release tablets and it is more effectively than histamine-2 receptor antagonists.
Excellent safety profile and has a low incidence of  drug interactions according to 100 clinical trials
Delay release due to enteric coated formulation
More potent anti-secretory effect than other PPI

Indication
    In the treatment of GERD  ( Gastro-oesophagel reflux disease )
    In the treatment of peptic ulcer disease ,duodenal ulceration and gastric ulceration

Dosage
    GERD : 20 - 40 mg OD x 4 weeks    ( Increase to 8 weeks if necessary )
    Peptic ulcer : 40mg OD  ( 2 to 4 weeks for DU and 4 to 8 weeks for GU ) (or ) dosage directed by the physician
